| Cut the top and bottom off the pineapple and then cut the skin off down the sides. Cut into four large pieces and cut out the woody core. Then cut again into segments, about 4 cm chunks. Add the pineapple, sugar, butter and rum into the Actifry and switch the timer on to 40 minutes, then serve! The pineapple will be just starting to caramelise at the edges….yum..yum! |
